Virginia’s heat is climbing…what’s the plan?

VA Temp Extrapolation

This is a picture of Virginia’s climate, heating up because of climate disruption for the past 40 years. It comes from Jerry Stenger, director of the Virginia state Office of Climatology at the University of Virginia, where records have been kept since the 1800s. Extend that trendline to the end of the century and the heat reaches catastrophic levels for our cities, forests, and farms. Have you asked your state senator and delegate what he or she is doing to fight climate disruption? A couple of keystrokes at VPAP.org will put you in touch with them. All you need is your home address. Try it. Speak up.
